He takes "Pearly Shells" at a brisk pace while singing in both English and Hawaiian, and exercises his basso profundo with particular profundity on the Jimmy Dorsey/Frank Ifield hit "I Remember You." The island vocalist known only as Lani duets with Ford on the ever-popular "Hawaiian Wedding Song," which joins "Aloha Oe" and "Beyond the Reef" as the best known tunes in the bunch.
