Artist is the debut mixtape from Bronx-based MC A Boogie Wit Da Hoodie, whose real name is Artist Dubose. Independently released by the rapper's Highbridge label in early 2016, it was given major distribution by Atlantic later in the year after single "My Shit" became a hit during the summer. The release showcases the MC's funky brand of trap, and includes tracks produced by D Stacks, Plug Studios NYC, G Major, and Mr. Whyte.
