Oakey's career, the late-'80s and early-'90s era when any budding producer could get a few ideas and samples from the dozens of breaks records littering the racks. This one includes short tracks like "Sexy Sax," "Jazzy Vibe," "Brixton Grooves," and "It's a Def Jam," each consisting of nothing but a short break repeated ad infinitum, with a single effects line doing the same thing.
