Chakra Healing Music features two extended instrumental pieces, "Descending into Your Body" and "Ascending into Your Essence," that feature slow, sustained passages. "Descending into Your Body" has a shimmering, echoing tone that sustains across 25 minutes, occasionally pulsing and rippling, but usually maintaining a constant sound without tempo.
