Expand the Hive re-established the faith in all those who have given up on hardcore. The music is fueled with apocalyptic, anti-establishment anthems going with samples that are layered with our eventual doomsday. Not the most optimistic bunch, but their bleakness helps capture listeners' attention and warn them that something has to be done with everything wrong in the world. If these guys weren't in a band they would probably be inflicting some serious property damage. ~ Mike DaRonco
