Osby's originals and "Tenderly." The solos are actually much more interesting than the moody but generally abrasive (and somewhat dull) melodies. The music falls into the post-bop vein, but it would be preferable to hear
Greg Osby uplift some more worthy material than these exploratory but rather boring pieces. ~ Scott Yanow
