Fátima Guedes is a proponent of the sincere acoustic samba tradition in Brazil. Her work is devoid of commercial exploitation, constituting always a good bet. Her strong points are her well-played violão and her solid compositions, both on the melodic/harmonic side and on the lyrics as well. She also sings fairly well.
