This Swiss folk-pop singer/songwriter's debut studio album, Monday's Ghost (2008), is sung in English as well as German. Originally released independently on the Two Gentlemen label, the album was a chart-topping hit in Switzerland and well received from a critical standpoint elsewhere. Highlights include "Shape," "The Boat Is Full," and "Walzer für Niemand." Her previous album, Sketches on Sea (2006), is a lesser-heard home recording.
