A Hear Music release available through Starbucks stores, Not Fade Away is pretty much a standard-issue Buddy Holly hits collection, containing most of his big singles -- "It's So Easy," "Words of Love," "Everyday," "Peggy Sue," "Oh Boy!," "Think It Over," "Maybe Baby," "It Doesn't Matter Anymore," "Not Fade Away," "Rave On," "That'll Be the Day" -- among its 15 tracks. There are few hits and several great songs missing, songs like "Rock Around with Ollie Vee" and "Looking for Somebody to Love" that rock really hard, as this ever so slightly emphasizes his poppier stuff, but that's hardly a bad thing and this winds up being a very enjoyable sampler.
