This Is Rave is a shameful three-disc compilation mostly comprised of industrial-type no-names but passed off as a history of the rave scene. Tracks appear from Ravers Paradise, Ravers Fantasy, Happy Ravers,
Donut Junkie and High on Dope, and while second-tier act
Slipstream does manage to spoil the lineup of unknowns, the set is completely devoid of intelligence or merit. ~ John Bush
