This album compiles the most popular songs from
Café Tacuba's first four albums released between 1992 and 1999. This album also closes the Warner contract that lasted for four albums. Ordered chronologically (but inversed, starting from the newer material), this 22-track selection contains all of the hits that helped to increase the band's popularity across Latin America. Examples of that are "María," "Ingrata," "Las Flores," "Cómo Te Extraño," "Chica Banda," and "Chilanga Banda" among others. Unfortunately there are no news songs or outtakes, just a live version of "El Baile el Salón" that won't drive anyone crazy. For neophytes and the uninitiated, there's no better place to start.
