Sam Jones and drummer Mickey Roker really stretching out on five standards including a 12½-minute rendition of "Here's That Rainy Day" and a nearly-12-minute "Now's the Time." The playing has plenty of spirit although the recording quality is not state-of-the-art, making this an LP more for
Bobby Timmons and
