The year 2012 marks the 40th anniversary of British classic rock band
Magnum -- while they didn't release an album until 1978, the group was founded back in 1972. A few years after
Magnum disbanded in 1995, they came back with invigorated spirits:
On the Thirteenth Day is their fourth studio album in five years -- and it feels like a direct continuation of
Wings of Heaven, their classic 1988 album. The record, which features the single "So Let It Rain" and is also available in a limited edition with a bonus CD, charted at number 28 in Germany and number 43 in the U.K. ~ Christian Genzel
