A collection of 20 British and Jamaican reggae tracks, this set is a bit on the random side, and one could debate whether -- in spite of the title -- all of these sides are actually all that sunny, although, yes, they certainly sound like they are. It all bounces along to that reggae lilt, and tracks like Peter Tosh’s “Johnny B Goode,” the Specials’ “Dirty Old Town,” the Gladiators’ “Holiday Ride,” and U-Roy’s version of “Rivers of Babylon” are always fun to hear. There’s even a Boy George selection here, “Everything I Own.” Again, it’s a random assortment of things that at least hits as much as it misses.
