Far from the most reputable label around, Legacy Entertainment (not to be confused with Legacy, Sony's catalog label) has been known to release compilations of inferior re-recordings without notifying the potential consumer in any way. Their releases should be approached with some apprehension.
Toddlers' Silly Songs, like all their other children's music compilations, isn't bad, but it sounds low-budget -- as well as quickly recorded. Some of the songs here are well known, and they include "John Jacob Jingleheimer Schmidt," "How Would You Feel If You Were a Wheel," "Do Your Ears Hang Low?," "Peanut Butter and Jelly," and "Skinnamarink." ~ Andy Kellman
