This rather bizarre disc is something of a self-aggrandizing concept album. In song after song,
Josie sings about how off-beat, sensual, and unique she is (often referring to herself by name, so we make no mistake). If that weren't annoying enough, her standard "sexy" vocal delivery is processed through poppy R&B grooves in an attempt to mask its limitations. Ultimately we learn that she eats cookie dough, has sex, and is "extreeem". Ho-hum. ~ Tim Sheridan
