A contemporary R&B singer, songwriter, and producer who specializes in trap-styled slow jams with diversions into reggae and pop,
11:11 made his commercial debut in 2015 and has since built a sizeable discography of singles and EPs, including the six-track Mood (2019).
Originally just a producer, Toronto native Tyler Craig discovered a knack for mellow and emotive singing when he recorded a reference vocal for one of his tracks. Consequently dedicated to developing as a performer instead of merely supplying beats for other artists, he started releasing material as
11:11 in 2015, the year he appeared with the seven-track EP
11:11. A handful of singles including "Good Love," one of his collaborations with
Rob Holladay (
Lil Wayne,
Bryson Tiller,
French Montana), as well as a shorter second EP entitled 11/11, followed through 2018. Universal widely distributed
11:11's independent back catalog near the end of 2018 and continued to support the artist's output in 2019, during which he issued three singles that led to the Mood EP. ~ Andy Kellman
