Jondi & Spesh

From San Francisco, Jondi and Spesh, aka Lasse Loöq, drop dancefloor hypnosis via heavy, aqueous layers of sound. Gurgling analog waves rush over equally slippery beats. While these sounds evoke a deeply sensuous physicality, they maintain the stiff, mechanical seriousness of Detroit Techno and lock the two states into a biomechanical interface. Loops are firmly cinched into place, straying only slightly as the mix slowly cranks-up the tension. To listen is to hear the evolution of biotechnology.
