Peter Stangel is a German composer, conductor, and communication coach. He leads the Munich-based chamber orchestra,
Taschenphilharmonie (Pocket Philharmonic), and has composed a number of compositions that the ensemble has performed and recorded, along with the historic chamber arrangements that were made for
Arnold Schoenberg's Society for Private Musical Performances.
Stangel is also a motivational speaker on leadership and communication, and he has used his position as a conductor to demonstrate how music performance is an applicable discipline. He has recorded for Sony Classical and Neos Productions, as well as for his home label, Edition Taschenphilharmonie.
