Jakari is a 18 year old Singer, Songwriter, Dancer, and Performer. Jakari has been into Music and Dance since he was 5 years old! Growing up Jakari took part in lots of Honors Choirs and was the 4th Best Tenor in all of Virginia in just the 7th grade! Music runs in Jakari's family quite heavily. Jakari's uncle (RIAA certified) Elroy Smith (Program Director of KBLX radio has been in the radio industry for over 20 years and has made some of your favorite stars grow to fame. Jakari's grandmother Hilda Holloway was a gospel recording artist and choir director at Mount Pleasant. Sadly Jakari's Grandmother Hilda died of cancer in 2006. But Jakari is willing to take on the legacy of his family to higher grounds in honor of his grandmother. Jakari has accomplished so much through such a short amount of time! There is no other place but up from here for him. Jakari is Working in his upcoming self-titled debut album "JAKARI" with celebrity producer Lokey (Cory Martin) and celebrity engineer David Knocks, and we wish him much success in his journey!
