Enmanuel Herrera Batista, who goes by the name El Alfa, is a Latin reggaeton performer from the Dominican Republic who has released two studio albums since he began his career in 2009. 'Disciplina' (2017) peaked at number ten on Billboard's Latin Album Sales chart, number eleven on the Latin Rhythm Albums chart and number 45 on the Top Latin Albums chart. 'El Hombre' (2018) reached number six on the Latin Rhythm Albums chart, number seven on the Top Latin Albums chart and number 17 on the Latin Album Sales chart.His 2018 track 'Mi Mami' featuring Cardi B peaked at number nine on Billboard's Latin Digital Song Sales chart. He features on Major Lazer & J Balvin's 'Que Calor' (2019), which topped Billboard's Latin Digital Song Sales chart and went to number two on Billboard's Dance/Electronic Song Sales chart, and Bad Bunny's 'La Romana' (2019), which reached number five on the Latin Digital Song Sales chart and number 12 on the Hot Latin Songs chart. His track 'Coronao Now' featuring Lil Pump went to number 19 on the Latin Digital Songs chart upon its release in November 2019. His 2019 schedule was to include appearances at venues in Texas, Louisiana, Maryland and North Carolina.
