Warm, sumptuous Techno/Trance music from Germany's Mellow Trax that seems tailor-made for early morning desert Trance parties thanks to highly addictive rolling synths, offset by a sense of Dub and Reggae beats, percolating synths and chords, and looped vocals. Lush, panoramic and seductive, Mellow Trax keeps the bottom end bumping, but never cranks the BPMs too high and keeps the vibe balmy and breezy. The producer/DJ got his start spinning at clubs in Hamburg and other German cites, later moving on to bigger gigs in Switzerland and Spain. In 1996, Mellow started producing his own records under various pseudonyms as well as remixing for other artists. His albums Phuture Vibes (1998) and Techno Vibes (1999) were both major successes in Germany, while the ultrafunky single ''Outa Space'' was a Top-10 hit in Germany.
