Born & raised in The Bronx, she began rapping at an early age, spitting prolific lyrics that soon made her one of the most respected underground female battle rappers on the east coast.
Aspiring for more, Tish took her talents to Los Angeles where she began penning songs for other artists. A chance run in with William Larsen, producer of Nico & Vinz #1 smash, "Am I Wrong,” led Tish to begin working on a solo project that would turn into her forthcoming debut album, Dedicated To.
After a mutual friend played Alicia Keys Tish's first single, "Subway Art," Alicia immediately had Tish on the next flight to NY to work on Alicia's album. Not long after, Kanye West also got wind of "Subway Art" and requested Tish's presence. The two worked together on records for West's upcoming album. Yeezy would later introduce Tish to Diddy and others, who are not only champions of her solo project but also of her as a creative force to be reckoned with. Tish also featured on You Made Me, Fabolous' latest single off The Young OG Project.
